Nicolas d’Hautefeuille is an experienced Financial Analyst. He is a member of the board of the SFAF (Société Française des Analystes Financiers) and of the Académie de comptabilité. He also serves on the Financial Instruments Board of the IVSC (International Valuation Standards Council).
A frequent speaker at industry conferences and academic panels, Nicolas has published numerous articles in the French professional journal Analyse Financière on financial digitalisation.
He has over 20 years of experience in investment banking with Crédit Agricole Group (including Crédit Lyonnais), serving as Global Head of Credit Research, Rating Advisory, and Innovation & Strategic Advisory. He has developed extensive expertise in the interplay between ESG, ratings, and DCF, as well as in reconciling IFRS and US GAAP.
Over the past decade, he has advised a range of large corporations, as well as public and private companies, on financial reporting, balance sheet management, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and litigation mandates.
Nicolas holds a Maîtrise in European Law from Sorbonne University, Paris, and a diploma in Political Science from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris. He is also a certified financial analyst (SFAF, EFFAS, CIIA).
