​EFRAG is hosting an event on Monday 30 May 2022 12:00 – 14:30 (Brussels time) to discuss the next steps on intangibles from a broader perspective. Download the "Save the date" and register here.
On 30 May, EFRAG is hosting an outreach event "Better Information on Intangibles - What's Next?" at which corporate reporting key players will discuss the next steps for achieving better information on intangibles. Confirmed speakers for the event include:
  • Andreas Barckow, Chair of the IASB
  • Patrick de Cambourg, Chair of the EFRAG Project Task Force on European Sustainability Reporting Standards (PTF-ESRS) and member of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board
  • Sven Gentner, Head of Unit for Corporate reporting, audit and credit rating agencies, DG FISMA, European Commission
  • Linda Mezon-Hutter, Chair of the Canadian Accounting Standards Board (AcSB)
  • Annalisa Prencipe, President of the European Accounting Association
Following introductory remarks by the EFRAG CEO Saskia Slomp, EFRAG’s Discussion Paper "Better Information on Intangibles – Which is the best way to go?" will be presented together with some of the preliminary feedback received. The subsequent discussion will be moderated by the EFRAG FR TEG Chairwoman Chiara Del Prete.

The event will take place at EFRAG in Brussels. The meeting will also be broadcasted.
