New Languages Now Available in the VSME Digital Template

Following the release of the VSME Digital Template and XBRL Taxonomy with a translation feature, EFRAG is pleased to announce a new update including four additional translations.

The VSME Digital Template, the XBRL Taxonomy and the XBRL Converter now support Danish, French, German and Italian, additionally to the existing translations. As such, users can now switch the display language and generate XBRL reports in nine languages (English, Spanish, Polish, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Danish, French, German and Italian).

EFRAG also used AI to prepare the translations, reviewed and corrected by National Standard Setters. EFRAG expresses its sincere appreciation to all National Standard Setters contributing to the translation project and encourages other national standard setters to join this initiative. As such, when new translations are reviewed by National Standard Setters, EFRAG will publish them in a new release. This aims to enhance accessibility and facilitate the use of the VSME Digital Template by SMEs across all EU Member States.

This update also features a technical FAQ (including short videos) to clarify the most frequently asked technical aspects that were asked by users of the VSME Digital Template in the last months.
