New appointments and extensions of mandates at EFRAG

The EFRAG General Assembly has appointed three new members to the EFRAG governance bodies, following its meeting on 10 September.

  • Gianmario Crescentino as an EFRAG Administrative Board member, nominated by the Italian Standard Setter OIC, replacing Michele Pizzo;

  • Chrystelle Richard as an EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board (SRB) member, nominated by the French Standard Setter ANC, replacing Laurence Rivat;

  • Elbano de Nuccio as an EFRAG Financial Reporting Board (FRB) member, nominated by the Italian Standard Setter OIC, replacing Simone Scettri.

EFRAG extends its thanks to Michele Pizzo, Laurence Rivat and Simone Scettri for their contribution to EFRAG's work and for their commitment during their respective mandates.

The EFRAG Administrative Board has also extended the mandate of Chiara Del Prete, Chair of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group (SR TEG), until 31 January 2028. In June, the EFRAG Administrative Board extended the mandate of Sébastien Harushimana, Chair of the EFRAG Financial Reporting Technical Expert Group (FR TEG), until 31 August 2029.
