Reappointment of EFRAG Administrative Board Vice-President
We are delighted to confirm the reappointment of Georg Lanfermann as the Vice-President of the EFRAG Administrative Board. His continued leadership will be instrumental as we advance EFRAG's mission and goals alongside EFRAG Administrative Board President Benoît Jaspar.
Creation of an Additional EFRAG Administrative Board Seat for the Civil Society Organisations Chapter
In response to the evolving landscape and to enhance our governance structure, an additional seat has been created on the EFRAG Administrative Board. This position will represent the Civil Society Organisations Chapter in EFRAG, reflecting our commitment to inclusive and diverse representation.
Changes in EFRAG FRB Membership
The EFRAG FRB will experience a change in its membership. Emmanuelle Gyomard will join the FRB, representing the French Standard Setter ANC, succeeding Marie Seiller.
New EFRAG SRB Members
Several updates have been made to the EFRAG SRB:
Roderik Meeder will replace Annina Tanhuanpää on the banking sector, European Stakeholders Organisations Chapter seat.
Cristina Saporetti will take over from Stefan Schnell on the companies general sector, European Stakeholder Organisations Chapter seat. Attached are Cristina's bio and photo.
Mariyan Nikolov will succeed Thierry Philipponnat on the consumer organisations sector, Civil Society Organisations Chapter seat. Mariyan's bio and photo are also attached.
Admission of New Friends of EFRAG
EFRAG is also pleased to announce the admission of 15 new organisations and companies as Friends of EFRAG. The names of these new Friends will be shared in a forthcoming news item.
These updates reflect EFRAG’s ongoing efforts to enhance its governance and representation. We look forward to the contributions of our new members and the continued collaboration with all our stakeholders.
