EFRAG welcomes new IFRS Foundation leadership appointments

EFRAG congratulates Steven Maijoor, Sam Woods and Laura Forzani on their respective appointments as Chair of the IFRS Foundation Trustees, Chair of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB), and Managing Director of the IFRS Foundation.

EFRAG has a long-standing relationship with the IFRS Foundation and the IASB and values the continued dialogue and collaboration between the organisations. In their new roles, Steven Maijoor, Sam Woods and Laura Forzani will play an important part in shaping the future direction of the IFRS Foundation and the IASB. EFRAG looks forward to working closely with them and with the IFRS Foundation to further strengthen this collaboration and forge high-quality standards that serve the interests of European and global capital markets.
