EFRAG publishes the summary report of its outreach event, “From VSME to the Voluntary Standard: A Practical Approach to Sustainability Reporting,” held on 9 October 2026 in Brussels.

The event brought together more than 1,500 registrations to explore the new Voluntary Standard (VS), its main changes compared with the previous VSME Recommendation, and its practical implementation.

The report summarises key discussions and insights from representatives of the European Commission, national authorities, SME organisations, financial institutions and other stakeholders.
