EFRAG launches the ESRS Knowledge Hub, a new digital gateway to sustainability reporting
EFRAG launches the ESRS Knowledge Hub, an interactive online platform designed to support companies, practitioners and stakeholders in navigating the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and broader sustainability reporting materials developed by EFRAG.
The Knowledge Hub brings together, for the first time in a single comprehensive environment, all key materials related to ESRS. The platform provides access to the adopted 2023 ESRS as well as to the simplified ESRS approved on 28 November 2025 by the EFRAG SRB, the VSME standard, implementation guidance and supporting documents. Access to the 2023 ESRS and the VSME standard is interactive. Such a feature will be implemented for the simplified ESRS as soon as adopted by the European Commission.
Developed to be user-friendly, the Knowledge Hub allows stakeholders to explore sustainability reporting resources with enhanced navigability, linkage to EU legislation and international standards, and direct insight into ongoing standard-setting activities discussed in EFRAG SRB and EFRAG SR TEG meetings. Historical content and external references further ensure continuity, context and ease of use.
With the launch of the ESRS Knowledge Hub, EFRAG provides a central, reliable and innovative entry point to sustainability reporting resources, supporting consistent implementation and contributing to the transparency and usability of ESRS.
“The launch of the ESRS Knowledge Hub represents a significant milestone in the accessibility and coherence of the sustainability reporting landscape. EFRAG is proud to contribute to the strengthening of this ecosystem by providing a comprehensive, reliable and user-oriented platform that supports consistent implementation of the ESRS and enhances transparency for all stakeholders.”
