EFRAG extends deadline for N-ESRS Cost-Benefit Analysis Call for Tender

EFRAG has extended the deadline for submissions to its Call for Tender for a Cost and Benefit Analysis (CBA) supporting the development of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards for non-EU companies (N-ESRS). Applications are now due by 25 June 2026, instead of the original deadline of 18 June.

The selected contractor will work closely with EFRAG and draw on stakeholder input gathered through public consultation, field testing, and outreach activities, alongside its own independent research.

Scope of Work

The assignment includes two deliverables:

  • a preliminary Cost and Benefit Analysis due in late September 2026 (based on the Exposure Draft expected in mid-July 2026)
  • a final Cost and Benefit Analysis due on 20 January 2027 (based on EFRAG Technical Advice expected in January 2027)

Who can apply

The call is open to eligible organisations in the European Economic Area and EFTA countries, or consortia with relevant expertise in economic analysis, sustainability reporting, or regulatory impact assessment.
