EFRAG’s high-level conference: IFRS & Regulation: Searching for Common Ground is coming soon. Join us on the afternoon of 28 November in Brussels to hear Michel Prada and Steven Maijoor as keynote speakers followed by two panels with distinguished speakers.​

​EFRAG is organising a high-level conference: IFRS & Regulation: Searching for Common Ground.

Our conference will consider the interaction between IFRS and regulation with panel discussions on: Should regulators issue implementation rules for principle-based IFRS? Should IFRS be more rules-based to support enforcement?

Keynote speeches will be delivered by Michel Prada, former IFRS Foundation Trustees Chairman and former Chairman of the French Regulator Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and Steven Maijoor, Chair of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
Setting-the-scene presentations will be delivered by Pervenche Berès, former MEP and member of the AMF committee on Climate and Sustainable Finance and Chiara Del Prete, EFRAG TEG Chairwoman.
