EFRAG Adds Slovenian to VSME Digital Template and Integrates New Customization Features in the Excel-to-XBRL Converter

EFRAG releases an updated version of the VSME Digital Template, expanding language support with Slovenian and introducing a new customization features in the Converter to make upgrades effortless.

As mentioned in EFRAG’s first sustainability report (VSME based), EFRAG has updated the VSME Digital Template and Converter to include additional customisation features:

  • Footnotes to provide more context on certain datapoints

  • Possibility to provide an introduction to the report

  • Corporate logo

  • Cover page image

  • Page background image

  • Report colour theme (preset or custom)

  • Report in dark or light mode (colour background or colour text)

  • Override report language (otherwise the language already selected in the template is used)

EFRAG expresses its sincere appreciation to all National Standard Setters contributing to the translation project and encourages other national standard setters to join this initiative. New reviewed translations will be released on an ongoing basis, further improving accessibility for SMEs across the EU.

All resources are now available on the VSME Digital Template and XBRL Taxonomy webpage.

EFRAG will continue updating the tools following the future voluntary delegated act based on VSME to be issued by the European Commission.
