Change to the EFRAG TEG composition

​The EFRAG Board appointed by written procedure Olivier Schérer​​ as an EFRAG TEG member effective from 16 September. Olivier replaces Isabelle Grauer-Gaynor who resigned from EFRAG TEG as of 13 September.

The EFRAG Board thanks Isabelle Grauer-Gaynor for her contribution to EFRAG TEG and welcomes Olivier Scherer (accountancy profession, France). Olivier’s deep knowledge and expertise will enrich the EFRAG TEG discussions.​
