Malgorzata is a Partner at IFRS Desk in EY Poland and the Sustainability Reporting Desk Leader for the CESA region at EY. With approximately 20 years of professional experience at EY, she has established herself as an expert in corporate reporting and auditing.
In her role, Malgorzata supports EY audit teams in the application of IFRS, ESRS, and local GAAP, and provides accounting advisory services to EY clients on various aspects of corporate reporting. Her extensive experience spans multiple industries including retail, real estate, pharmaceuticals, life science, construction, media and entertainment, advanced manufacturing, telecommunications, banking, and asset management.
Malgorzata is an author or co-author of numerous publications and press articles, serves as a trainer and speaker at conferences and contributes to local standard setting.
She promotes high-quality corporate reporting and connectivity between financial and sustainability reporting.
