Małgorzata is a Partner at BDO Poland. With over two decades of experience in accounting, auditing and corporate reporting, she specialises in the interpretation, application and implementation of reporting standards. She supports assurance engagements, financial reporting advisory projects, finance function transformation initiatives, and the implementation of global reporting frameworks.
Małgorzata has extensive experience working with leading listed and multinational companies across a broad range of industries, including advanced manufacturing, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, real estate, media and entertainment, information technology, construction, telecommunications, banking, and asset management.
Before joining BDO, she spent more than 20 years with EY, most recently as a Partner in the Professional Practice, where she advised on complex accounting, auditing and reporting matters.
She is committed to advancing high-quality corporate reporting and strengthening the connectivity between financial and sustainability reporting, helping organisations enhance transparency and stakeholder trust.
