Linnéa Waninger is a Human Rights Expert at H&M Group with several years of experience in human rights due diligence and sustainability reporting. In her current role, she leads the implementation and continuous improvement of human rights due diligence processes in line with the UNGPs and the OECD MNE Guidelines. She also oversees double materiality assessments and reporting on social standards in accordance with the CSRD and ESRS frameworks.

Prior to joining H&M Group, Linnéa worked in sustainability consultancy at Ethos in Stockholm, where she advised companies on business and human rights, including regulatory frameworks such as the CSDDD. Her work also covered supply chain management, sustainability reporting (CSRD, GRI), and social auditing.

Linnéa holds a double Master’s Degree in Human Rights from Uppsala University and in Business and Economics from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
