Joanna works as a Compliance Officer with a focus on sustainability, including the CSRD and SFDR. In her second-line role, she oversees the proper implementation of laws and regulations, including the ESRS standards, within the organisation. She monitors key areas of attention and ensures that the business complies with applicable frameworks.
For Joanna, compliance is crucial to achieving verifiable, responsible reporting, with a view to final approval by the auditor. In line with this responsibility, she has successfully completed the Executive Programme ESG Reporting Expert Certificate at the Impact Centre Erasmus.
Joanna studied Anthropology at Leiden University and holds a master’s degree in International Economic Relations. She also holds an international certificate in International Law. This academic background enables her to place sustainability and compliance issues within a broader social and international context.
