4 Things You Need to Know About the EFRAG Extranet

The EFRAG Extranet is designed to simplify how you engage with the EFRAG secretariat —whether you are part of a Board, Technical Expert Group, Working Group or Advisory Panel. It replaces the previous exchange of documents by making all meeting materials directly available for consultation on your Extranet Dashboard.

How do you get access to the EFRAG Extranet?

Your extranet account is created when you are appointed as a member of one of EFRAG's Boards, Technical Expert Groups, Working Groups or Advisory Panels. Your login credentials consist of the email address you provided during the selection process and the password you were asked to set via a dedicated email from the EFRAG Secretariat.

If you wish to change the email address associated with your account, please contact the EFRAG Secretariat. To reset your password, please use the “Reset password” option.

Accessing the Extranet is easy

• Click “Log in” in the top bar of the EFRAG website.
• Enter your email and chosen password. You’ll know you’re signed in when “My Account” appears in place of the login button.
• Once logged in, you'll be taken automatically to your Dashboard, where you can see an overview of the meetings for the groups you're part of and access all related documents.

1️⃣ Your Personal Overview of the EFRAG Activities
The Extranet Dashboard is where you can quickly see everything you are involved in—meetings and meeting documents, groups, and projects you follow— all in one place.

2️⃣ Easy Access to Your Meeting Documents
All agendas and preparatory materials are neatly organised and kept up to date. Access to meeting documents is determined by your participation in EFRAG’s Boards, Technical Expert Groups, Working Groups or Advisory Panels, giving you full visibility of all materials for the groups you are a member of. For closed and hybrid meetings (partly closed and open), materials relating to closed sessions are available only when you are logged in.

3️⃣ Stay Informed About Your Meetings
Check all the upcoming meetings relevant to your work with EFRAG, including document uploads.

4️⃣ Follow the Projects That Matter to You
Explore all the Financial Reporting and Sustainability Reporting projects EFRAG is currently working on. Interested in them? Simply click “Follow” to have a shortcut to it directly on your Extranet Dashboard, under the section "Projects I follow".
