Emmanuelle Guyomard joined Sanofi-Aventis in 2017 as Head of Corporate Technical Accounting, where she provides IFRS technical support to affiliates and defines accounting positions, guidance, and policies across the Group. She also serves as Secretary to the Audit Committee.
Before joining Sanofi, she was Partner at Grant Thornton France, leading the Technical Accounting Department, supporting audit teams, providing technical advisory services, and delivering training on IFRS and French GAAP. Prior to that, she spent thirteen years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, first in audit and later as Director in the Technical Department, where she co-authored an accounting reference manual.
She holds an MBA and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Tax from Université de Paris-Dauphine and is a qualified chartered accountant and chartered auditor. Emmanuelle has been actively involved in the French Accounting Standard Setter (ANC) for many years and is currently a member of its National Standards Committee.
