Aleksandra is Director, Accounting Advisory (IFRS & US GAAP) at PwC Belgium. She previously worked in EFRAG's Financial Reporting team from January 2024. Before joining EFRAG, she worked for 12 years in PwC's Assurance department, progressing to Senior Manager, before joining its Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services department, where she specialised in IFRS advisory services.
Aleksandra's professional experience spans France, the USA and Belgium, and her technical expertise includes IFRS, US GAAP, French GAAP and Belgian GAAP. She has worked with large multinational, publicly traded companies, mainly in the retail and consumer, food and beverage, hospitality and manufacturing industries. Her experience includes mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and carve-outs, as well as audit, due diligence and accounting advisory services.
Aleksandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Dauphine PSL University (France), a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (with honours) and a Master's degree in Business Consulting and Economic Studies (with honours) from the University of Savoy (France). She also holds an active Certified Public Accountant licence in the State of Delaware, a Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management (DSCG, France) and a Certificate in International Auditing (ACCA, UK).
