11/07/2022 - Programme for EFRAG, BETTER FINANCE, BEUC, EFFAS and Finance Watch joint outreach event on EFRAG Draft ESRS EDs

​Register now to EFRAG, BETTER FINANCE, BEUC, EFFAS and Finance Watch joint outreach event , Thursday 14 July 2022 from 15:00 to 18:15 CET, to discuss the EFRAG Exposure Drafts on the first set of Draft European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and hear users and consumers' perspectives on the topic. ​This new joint outreach event on the EFRAG Exposure Drafts on Draft ESRS will be opened by Saskia Slomp, EFRAG CEO. Two introductory speeches will follow, one on the CSRD context given by Elena Palomeque Pozas, DG FISMA (European Commission), and the other one on the context, background and structure by Lina Lemessiou, EFRAG Senior Manager Sustainability.

Three panel discussions will follow on EFRAG Draft ESRS EDs General/Cross-cutting, Environment and Social/Governance.

These EDs will be presented by Chiara Del Prete, acting EFRAG SR TEG Chair; Philippe Diaz, Project Manager Sustainable Finance, WWF | EFRAG SR TEG and Carsten Zielke, Managing Director, Zielke Research Consult GmbH | EFRAG PTF-ESRS member.

The discussions will be moderated by Aleksandra Palinska, Senior Research and Advocacy Officer, Finance Watch | EFRAG SRB member; Julian Müller, Sustainable Finance Officer, BEUC and Aleksandra Maczynska, Executive Director, BETTER FINANCE.
