The objectives of the event are to:
• outline the proposals in the Discussion Paper; • provide an opportunity for EFRAG, the UK ASB, the EC and the IASB to present their perspectives on how effects should be considered throughout the standard- setting process; • hear from constituents on how they think the process should work and also what other factors need to be considered in developing these proposals.
Speakers include: Françoise Flores, EFRAG Chairman; Ian Mackintosh, Vice Chairman-Elect IASB;David Loweth, Technical Director UK ASB.
