Anders Ullberg is Chairman of the Swedish Financial Reporting Board. He holds an MBA from Stockholm School of Economics.
Anders spent 35 years in the Swedish shipbuilding and steel industry. He was Corporate Controller of Swedyards 1978-1984. After that he moved to SSAB Swedish Steel as CFO 1984-2000 and as CEO 2000-2006. He then became Chairman and Board Member in both listed and unlisted Nordic companies. Today he is Chairman of three listed companies - Boliden a mining company, BE Group a steel wholesaler and Studsvik a service provider to the nuclear plant industry. He is also Board member of another two listed companies - Atlas Copco a global industrial company, and Beijer Alma, an investment company.
