Cédric TONNERRE is the IFRS technical director for the ANC (Autorité des normes comptables, the French National Standard Setter), a role he has held since September 1, 2015.
Previously, Cédric spent 4 years as Inspector of the H3C (Haut Conseil du Commissariat aux Comptes, the French oversight board and regulator of audit firms) taking also part to joint inspections with the American PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board). Prior to that, he spent fourteen years with KPMG in Germany and in France, managing and executing audit engagements for a variety of international publicly-held clients in energy and Chemistry industry as well as business services and wholesale distribution.
Cédric is a licensed French CPA (Commissaire aux comptes and Expert comptable) and also passed the American CPA (Washington). He graduated from the Dauphine University (Maîtrise de Sciences de Gestion) in Paris and Frankfurt University (BWL, Betriebswirtschaftslehre) in Frankfurt am Main (Germany) in 1996.
